Job Summary

What youll do

Every day as a Support Worker is different but your impact is always life-changing.

Youll support children and individuals with learning disabilities to:

Access the community social activities and meaningful experiences
Build confidence independence and communication skills
Enjoy hobbies sports days out or simple everyday routines
Receive emotional support positive interaction and companionship
Stay safe while exploring new opportunities
Provide sitting/respite support to offer families well-needed breaks

This role focuses on support engagement and inclusion.
