- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into high-quality visual concepts and deliverables.
- Develop on-brand visual content for a wide range of formats: social media assets banners flyers posters email creatives and more.
- Uphold and evolve the brand identity across all creative materials ensuring consistency while fostering visual innovation.
- Design for both digital and print channels thoughtfully balancing layout typography and storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously delivering on tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Prepare files for both print and digital production safeguarding high-quality and timely output.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of professional experience in graphic design ideally within a fast-paced marketing or creative environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Good knowledge of Figma.
- Demonstrated mastery in brand development and application of brand guidelines.
- Strong command of visual layout typography and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for digital (social media banners email) and print (flyers posters brochures).
- Impeccable attention to detail creativity adaptability and ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- (Nice to have) Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
