About the role:
This role provides high-level administrative support to the team while serving as a key liaison with the client. The position involves comprehensive account support insurance claim management and event coordination requiring strongorganisationalskills and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders.The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Director and various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
This is a part-time position offering two days per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance. You must be an AustralianCitizenandyou will need to be able to obtain the relevantclearances.
Day to dayresponsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Account Director including managing andmaintainingreporting templates
Process payments for registrations and ad-hoc external payments andprovide assistancewith travel arrangements and account expenses
Prioritiseconflicting demands and handle matters proactively ensuring projects are completed successfully within deadline pressures
Manage insurance claim submissions on behalf of the client providing all required details to iCare and coordinating responses to queries
Work closely with Facilities Managers and the Workplace Operations Director to ensuretimelyresponses to all insurance-related queries
Oversee insurance claims management fortheclientsproperties affected by storms floods and other events
Maintain regular liaison with the clientregardingall insurance matters and updates
Coordinate logistical arrangements for account team meetings events and functions including venue sourcing cost management communications planning travel arrangements and agenda development
About You:
Proven experience in high-level administrative support preferably in a client-facing or government environment
Strongorganisationaland time management skills with the ability toprioritisemultiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Experience in insurance claim management or willingness to learn complex insurance processes
Event planning and coordination experience with attention to detail and budget management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software
