What will I be doing

As a Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to F&B Director and Executive Chef in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide department staff with administrative support including typing filing answering telephones maintaining calendars mail correspondence BEOs meetings and records.
  • Reviewing and printing menus using Publisher Excel Word and Photo shop
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects as needed
  • Coordinate and implement department activities and projects as assigned.
  • May assist in servicing clients.
