You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes enhance talent management and achieve their strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:
possess5-7years of experience in FDI.
Technicalexpertisein Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Functional knowledge in Oracle FDI for ERPHCM and SCM
Development and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligent building data models reports and dashboards end user training and support manage datamodel data pipelines security and performany customizations.
Assistwith provisioning Fusion analytics verify FAW/FDI prerequisites configure and activate pipeline data loads Assist with FAW/FDI data validation
Setup SSO to enable fusion apps users to access FDI enable standard object and data securitygood knowledge on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Knowledge in integrating multiple data sources to load into Enterprise DWH
Should have experience in production support
Strong understanding and writing of SQL query
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders PMs functional experts data engineers to translate business requirements into scalableanalytics models.
Act as thetechnical escalation pointforFDI SQL performance and data modelling issues.
Drive continuous improvements in development efficiency testing automation and documentation.
Provide mentorship career guidance and performance management for team members.
Support customer adoption troubleshooting and escalations as needed in partnership with support and field teams.
Data Warehousing concepts star schema ETL flows and data integration best practices.
Proventrack recordofmanaging multiple projects balancing delivery timelines with quality.
Excellentstakeholder management and communication skillsto work across global teams.
Nice to Have:
Exposure toETL/ELT frameworks(ODI Data Integrator or similar).
Understanding ofAgile methodologies ITILand modern DevOps practices for data delivery.
