Were looking for a Registered Home Manager with a proven background in managing care homes particularly those supporting older adults and individuals living with dementia. What Were Looking For:
- Ideally nurse qualified (RGN/RMN); however applicants with a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and strong management experience are also welcomed.
- Proven background as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting.
- Extensive dementia care experience.
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements with a solid track record of positive inspections.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
