We are looking for a friendly motivated Service Advisor to join our growing service department.
Position Summary
The Service Advisor acts as the bridge between customers and our service technicians ensuring clear communication excellent service and a smooth repair process. This role involves customer interaction repair order management and ensuring each guest receives prompt professional support.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs accurately.
Provide repair estimates explain recommended services and obtain customer approval.
Coordinate with technicians to communicate service needs and timelines.
Keep customers informed on repair progress and notify them of any changes.
Review completed work with customers and explain final charges.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership standards.
Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs.
Ensure all repair orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic automotive knowledge; ability to learn quickly.
Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
