POSITION SUMMARY:
The Nursing Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical activities ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting the orthopedic staff in their clinical practices. The role is focused on ensuring the provision of patient care is consistent with department/hospital and regulatory standards. Primary responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Joint Commission policies and protocols fostering a collaborative environment among healthcare teams assisting members of the clinical care team with all duties as necessary and acting as a liaison between nursing staff physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote effective communication and teamwork. Training evaluation and competencies for this role are overseen by the Chief APP of the department and Director of Operations.

EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
Current Massachusetts RN license
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of three to five years of clinical experience in Orthopedic Surgery arena preferred
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Work requires analytical abilities necessary to organize supervise and evaluate the work of others and in addition the ability to develop interpret implement and evaluate policies procedures and standards. Work requires physical ability to perform the core job responsibilities in accordance with practice setting demands of the orthopedic population.
Compensation Range:
$58000.00- $84000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
