About the Role
As a Customer Support Advisor you will support users with:
Technical questions
Account and login issues
Subscription-related inquiries
Content or service guidance
Support is delivered through a combination of Calls Chat Email and Social Media.
(You will not handle two live or two offline channels at the same time.)
This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye.
