Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Email and LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our this role you will be primarily responsible for building executing and optimizing outbound campaigns through LinkedIn and email to generate qualified leads and drive meaningful business opportunities. You will focus on outreach strategies messaging and nurturing relationships with prospects to achieve measurable KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn & Email Campaign Management: Build execute and optimize outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and via email to generate qualified leads. This includes creating personalized connection requests and messages.
- Cold Outreach: Write compelling personalized cold messages for LinkedIn and email campaigns that engage potential leads and encourage responses.
- Campaign Sequencing: Develop and implement effective campaign sequences including follow-ups for prospects at various stages of the outreach process.
- CRM Management: Maintain pipeline hygiene and update the CRM (Close CRM) with lead activity responses and follow-up tasks to ensure accurate and timely outreach.
- Response Handling: Manage and follow up on responses from prospects according to established response handling playbooks ensuring proper follow-up actions are taken.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on outreach messages to optimize open rates response rates and conversions. Continually refine messaging based on campaign performance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics such as response rates booked calls and leads generated. Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Training & Coaching: Train and support other team members on effective outreach strategies messaging techniques and using the CRM for managing outreach and responses.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives messaging and follow-up strategies.
