Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

What Is the Job About
In this role you will manage a variety of customer interactions via phone email chat and ticketing systems. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs providing accurate information guiding users through solutions and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy. You will work closely with team leaders and trainers to continuously improve your performance contribute to team goals and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
