Job Summary
Leasing Specialist Allyson Gardens I & II
Location: Owings Mills MD
Pay: $18.50/hour commission and bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday (8:30 AM 5:00 PM) Saturday (9:30 AM 5:00 PM)
WPM Real Estate Management is looking for a motivated customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at Allyson Gardens I & II. If youre passionate about people enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to build a career in property management we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
Greet prospects give property tours and explain leasing options
Assist with applications and collect required documentation
Respond to calls emails and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
Support community events and resident retention initiatives
Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation
What Were Looking For
Positive professional and customer-service driven
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to multitask in a busy office setting
Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous leasing hospitality or high end retail experience preferred
