Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:
Were looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls build customer relationships and support sales growth. Youll manage leads provide product information and help drive revenue through consistent follow-up and communication.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls
Identify customer needs and recommend products/services
Meet sales goals and track activity in the CRM
Prepare quotes proposals and order updates
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle questions professionally

Qualifications:

Experience in sales or customer service preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
Organized goal-driven and able to multitask
CRM experience is a plus
High school diploma required
