This essential role is responsible for the successful execution of complex engineering projects coordinating technical teams and ensuring the timely delivery of advanced solutions to global clients. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and final delivery of complex engineering projects.
Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of milestones.
Collaborate directly with customers to define and document detailed technical requirements and create execution plans.
Effectively manage project scope schedule and budget.
Provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales and solution development phases.
Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards for quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Demonstrable experience in managing engineering projects preferably in the Technology Energy or Advanced Engineering Services sectors.
Technical Skills: Strong technical foundation and understanding of solution design and development processes.
Leadership: Proven skills in leadership resource management and conflict resolution.
Travel: Ability to travel as needed for client or team meetings (subject to business needs).
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
