Key Responsibilities
- Create and run program plans to deliver projects on time.
- Use Agile practices lead scrum meetings and promote steady improvement.
- Track progress spot risks and take action to protect timelines.
- Work with stakeholders to define scope goals and key outcomes.
- Guide and coach project managers and teams to reach milestones.
- Hold project reviews and report status to senior leaders.
- Build a culture of ownership openness and teamwork.
- Ensure quality best practices and compliance in all work.
- Review and refine project processes to improve efficiency.
Skill Requirements
- Strong background in program management and complex project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
- Strong communication skills with comfort at all stakeholder levels.
- Good strategic and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in project tools for planning tracking and reporting.
- Able to manage many tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Certifications: PMP CSM or PMI-ACP.
