About the Role
We are seeking a Croatian-speaking Booking & Transport Coordinator to join our growing team in this role you will support customers with booking requests transport arrangements and travel-related inquiries ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service across communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and confirm booking and transport requests
- Communicate with clients via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information and timely solutions
- Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless customer journeys
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality
Requirements
- Croatian C1
- English at minimum B2 level
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- EU work eligibility
