As a Customer Support Specialist youll help travelers from around the world and ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking experience all while working in the energetic and sunny city of Athens.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone email and chat in Croatian
Assist guests with bookings payments cancellations and general inquiries
Offer clear accurate information and empathetic problem-solving
Escalate complex issues to specialized internal teams
Identify recurring customer needs and contribute to process improvement
