Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations reception and visitor coordination
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for operational requirements
- Prepare maintain and generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Provide administrative and sales support to internal stakeholders
- Assist with documentation data entry and MIS updates
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in office administration / front office roles
- Education: / BBA; MBA preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel (advanced Excel is an added advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
- Meticulous organised and positive attitude towards work
- Proactive responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
