What you will do:
- Lead the growth story of better ventures driving scale from 100 to 500 members and beyond.
- Own the go-to-market strategy and prioritization fueling our flywheel and expanding into new high value segments.
- Lead convincing calls with highly qualified leads tracking progress and converting them into active members.
The ideal candidate:
- Possess 10 years of experience as an ecosystem builder private investor philanthropist or in high-end sales.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and fluency in both English and German building trust quickly.
- Leverage a strong European network to independently bring in new members and investors.
