Safety Support Professional
Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings nights weekends and holidays.
Role Overview:
Responsible for providing first line response to escalated clients and incidents across our programs/facilities responding to safety codes and handling urgent/emergent situations quickly as they arise in a professional and trauma informed manner with careful consideration of SHP policies procedures values and philosophy of care as part of a team that supports clients in healthy and therapeutic engagement while enrolled in inpatient and outpatient services.
