At PwC our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits administration absence management employee record-keeping compliance with labour laws and regulations and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.Driven by curiosity you are a reliable contributing member of a our fast-paced environment you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments each presenting varying challenges and scope. Every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow. You are encouraged to ask questions take initiative and produce quality work that adds value for our clients and contributes to our teams success. Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
Strong interest in HR Operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Previous internship or experience in HR will be an advantage
