Introduction
The role will be responsible for supporting this dynamic and fast-growing Irish portfolio of Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) within the FIG Payment Sales team based in Dublin. This role will enhance your Payments knowledge through thoughtful engagement with our clients providing account and liquidity solutions.
Job Summary
As a Sales Associate within the FIG Payment Sales team you will be joining a growing business in the Dublin office. You will work closely the Payments Sales Manager to support our clients on all aspect of their Payments the role you will coordinate with internal colleagues to manage the deals from inception through to completion. This is fast paced and diverse role that involves support our existing clients and identifying new business opportunities through regular client engagements attending conferences and being connected with the community.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales Product Implementation and Operational teams to provide the best in class service to our clients.
- Support the internal teams and clients during the on-boarding process including KYC (Know your Client) processes product and billing set up
- Be involved in the preparation of client account plans briefing memos portfolio management reporting and marketing material (pitch books presentations and slip sheets)
- Internally collate relevant information for preparation of client reviews requests for proposal or information and strategy sessions
- Analyse portfolio revenue balances and pipeline data to deliver reports to senior management
- Run client-focused internal projects
- Conduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clients
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Understanding of Payments Treasury or Corporate Banking is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral with confidence to speak with all levels of seniority
- Strong organizational time management and planning skills. A track record of accurate execution and ownership
- Strong analytical technical written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated career progression proving ability and desire to develop relationship and technical skills to development into Sales and Relationship Management role
- Able to operate in a matrix environment where you can demonstrate strong partnership in achieving your goals and ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
