About the Role
The Rowing Administrator and Coach plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of the Schools Rowing Program. This role provides essential administrative logistical and on-the-ground support to coaches students and families ensuring training sessions events and program activities run smoothly.
Working closely with the Rowing Coordinator and the 1st VIII Coach the Rowing Administrator and Coach supports consistency across all year levels fostering an inclusive and positive team culture and ensures alignment with the Schools sporting values.
