Automotive Service Development Coordinator employment opportunity withDalton Motors (Dalton Toyota National City Dalton Subaru National City and Dalton Hyundai National City)in National City California.

This is a great opportunity to work with an industry leader known for its friendly and welcoming environment exceptional customer service and large and loyal customer base. Our Service Support Center personnel receive the incoming calls for the service department set appointments and resolve concerns as well as reminding customers of their upcoming appointments following up on missed appointments and contacting customers who have not been in for some time. We are looking for customer service representatives who are enthusiastic honest hard-working organized have great phone skills and are committed to great customer service. We have different shifts available with at least two Saturdays per month required. Our Service Development Coordinators pay depends on experience and abilities.
Pay Range:$24.00-$30.00

Dalton Motors services Dalton Toyota National City Dalton Subaru National City and Dalton National City and is located less than 20 minutes from most areas of San Diego. Founded in Guadalajara in 1945 Dalton Motors is a family owned and operated business with over 30 dealerships serving major manufacturers including Toyota Subaru Hyundai and others. They are continuing the legacy of Frank Motors an automotive and community presence since 1965. We have ongoing training all of our teams and position specific training by our in-house trainer. Our various departments run very smoothly in large part due to our solid processes and trained skilled staff many of whom have been at our dealerships for twenty years or more.
Responsibilities listed below include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversees all the functions and personnel in the SDC
- Set schedules for the SDC Personnel
- Inputs data for Service & Parts reports
- Updates maintains and process VIP Advantage data
- Maintains Maintenance Reminder program warranty recall notification and follow up
- Make outgoing calls to remind customers of their upcoming service appointment.
- Ensures New Vehicle Service and Parts Intr5oductgion procedures are followed
- Assist in developing parts and service marketing
- Report all damages to vehicles and equipment accidents injuries and hazards to SSC immediately
- Performs other duties and responsibilities directed by management
What werequire:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- BDC or call center experience preferred
- Accurately process transactions and reports
- Valid drivers license
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
