Pay Rate: 12.20 14.90 per hour (dependent on grade and experience)
Hours: 37 per week

What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will:
- Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred engaging way
- Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
- Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3 desirable and essential for some roles
- Care Driver
- Significant experiencesupporting people with complex needs
- Strongorganisational and communication skills
- A positive team-oriented attitude
- Role is not open to sponsorship
