Essential Responsibilities:
Cascade down BU Channel strategies to regional level and implement cross-BU channel strategy in dealer lifecycle management.
Enable business growth at regional level coverage win/lost and penetration of the end user market within different channels.
Advise/review territory adjustment.
Cultivate long-term relationships with strategic channel partners to support business growth.
Enhance the utilization of existing channels with a view to integration and standardization.
Build local dealer database and advise on candidate nomination.
Apply methodology to drive channel effectiveness and improvement initiatives.
Lead interview and review on capabilities & overall decision-making process.
Lead dealer KPI tracking applying standards criteria and programs for dealer performance review rating and evaluation.
Share standards best practices and capabilities across BU at regional and provincial level.
Lead dealer governance evaluate sub-dealer for approval.
Organize local training and track results conduct new dealer on-board & governance training.
Conduct compliance check & exit interviews.
Create a culture of highest integrity and compliance within channels.
Adhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to relevant international and local Regulatory and GE Healthcare Promotional Codes.
Adhere to GE and GE Healthcare compliance policies codes and training requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above majoring in business marketing engineering or related are preferred.
At least 8 years experience in MedTech industry preferrable in local market.
Prior experience in managerial positions.
First-hand experience in sales or channel management is a must.
Dealer compliance management experience a plus.
Strong communication and maturity to engage with CEO of dealers.
Ability to drive cross functional collaborations/ provincial taskforce.
Mature communication to resolve dispute and coaching skills for dealer cultivation.
Interpersonal flexibility tolerance and listening skills.
Ability to build rapport energize and influence people.
Strong ethics and integrity and compliance orientation.
English as working language local dialect preferred.
