About the Role
As a Science Teacher your responsibilities will include:

Teaching general Science across KS3KS4
Planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote scientific understanding and curiosity
Supporting students through practical work investigations and assessments
Helping to refine curriculum plans and departmental resources
Contributing to STEM enrichment clubs or school events
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the caring and motivating ethos of the department
Playing an active role in the wider life of the school

The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and strong ECTs.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in a Science-related discipline
PGCE with QTS
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Science
Ability to teach KS3KS4 confidently (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Commitment to inclusive student-centred teaching

Salary
Paid to scale MPS/UPS depending on experience.
