Job Summary

The Role
You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4 with opportunities to teach KS5 depending on subject specialism and experience. The role involves delivering academically rigorous and engaging lessons that develop strong scientific understanding alongside practical investigation skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality Science lessons aligned with the curriculum
Teaching practical experiments safely and effectively in well-equipped laboratories
Assessing tracking and reporting on student progress to inform teaching
Supporting pupils of mixed abilities to achieve strong academic outcomes
Contributing to shared planning curriculum development and enrichment activities
Maintaining high standards of behaviour engagement and laboratory safety
