Wayman Education is recruiting a Food Technician to work in a large vibrant secondary school in Luton supporting Food Technology across KS3 and KS4 with opportunities to assist at KS5 where required. This is a full-time term-time position starting immediately and would suit a proactive individual who enjoys practical hands-on work in an educational setting.

Preparing ingredients and lesson resources
Supporting practical cooking lessons
Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies
Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and COSHH regulations
Maintaining hygiene standards across all food rooms
Assisting with GCSE and coursework preparation
Catering hospitality or food preparation background preferred
School technician experience beneficial but not essential
Strong time management and organisational skills
