This large independent school set across extensive grounds requires a strategic Facilities Manager for a key part-time role focused on compliance and strategic planning. The school needs an expert capable of managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and overseeing external contractor management.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Strategic Planner: Developing and implementing long-term Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategies for the estate.
- Contract Coordinator: Negotiating monitoring and managing relationships with all external service contractors (e.g. grounds catering).
- Compliance Controller: Full accountability for all statutory and regulatory compliance (Fire Water Asbestos) on scheduled working days.

- Essential Requirements: Extensive managerial experience in facilities management (IWFM desirable) within a large institutional environment.
- Salary Range: Highly competitive pro-rata salary (expected to be 40000 - 48000 pro-rata).
