Job description:
We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager to lead the definition implementation and follow-up of the global marketing strategy for their Rare Diseases franchise. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Market Access Digital and country organizations to ensure successful strategic alignment execution and launch excellence.
Strategic Leadership
Define the global marketing strategy for the Rare Disease franchise including market analysis and identification of leverage points throughout the whole patient journey.
Establish global marketing objectives and support country teams in forecasting P&L validation and KPI definition.
Monitor and assess market trends and competitive activity to anticipate opportunities and risks.
Stakeholder Management
Lead relationships with KOLs and Patient Advocacy Groups managing advisory boards expert meetings and awareness initiatives.
Collaborate closely with senior executives and strategic partners across markets.
Global Launch & Brand Excellence
Develop product monographs and global launch campaigns in alignment with Corporate Digital Marketing Medical Affairs and country marketing teams.
Ensure marketing initiatives address the right target audiences referral pathways and key moments within customer journeys.
Support country managers and local marketing teams with guidance launch performance monitoring training and best practice sharing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the rare disease space.
- However 3 years with significant experience is also acceptable provided the candidate has lived through all the necessary steps in the rare disease product lifecycle.
- Strong CNS therapeutic area experience.
- Proven global product launch experience and strong brand planning capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives KOLs partners and cross-country teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
- Strong business acumen prioritization skills and an organized results-driven approach.
- Outstanding problem-solving ability and structured project management skills.
- A convincing service-oriented ethical and positive personality with strong communication skills.
