Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday - 9 am - 5pm EST Full-time Permanent
Pay Range : Base $1000 - $1400 USD/month Commission (TBD) (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a tenacious and highly organized Sales Executive to drive new business and support our growing client base in the luxury and premium sector. The ideal candidate is energetic personable and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You will represent the company to advertising agencies and premium brands selling innovative marketing solutions that reach ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands and advertising agencies.
- Conduct targeted outreach via email LinkedIn and other professional channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships managing proposals RFPs and presentations in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Leverage internal databases and tools (e.g. Seller Crowd) for lead generation and client targeting.
- Manage a structured follow-up schedule to maximize conversion from outreach to closed deals.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns for premium aviation platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions proposals and sales activity using Microsoft Office suite.
- Contribute to the growth of the company by staying proactive organized and results-driven.
Minimum Qualifications:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (advantageous)
- 3 Years of previous experience in sales and business development (agency or consultancy experience is a plus).
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
- Tenacious and persistent able to navigate slow or unresponsive clients without losing momentum.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with Microsoft Office online databases and tools like ChatGPT for outreach and content personalization.
- Confident presenting to high-level clients and agencies both written and verbally.
- Personable professional and able to build trust with affluent brands and agencies.
