At Always Friday were building the first and only Corporate Event OS an end-to-end platform that centralizes suppliers transportation budget management payments and administration of corporate events. Chosen by 80 companies our goal is to automate all manual processes behind an event with AI and make them more efficient transparent and measurable.
Weve closed a pre-seed round (not yet announced) with top-tier VCs business angels from the finance world and other very talented tech founders. The goal is to create a team with an extremely high talent density and highly motivated people who want to grow.
Tasks
What Youll Do
Coordinate & Execute Corporate Events
Translate client objectives into detailed event plans.
Coordinate timelines logistics suppliers and venue partners.
Guarantee exceptional event quality and seamless on-site execution.
Client Relationships
Support to the Account Manager in managing corporate clients who use Always Friday for their events.
Build and Manage Partnerships
Source qualify and negotiate with venues catering companies and experience providers.
Help expand our network of high-quality partners across Italy
Improve Processes & Customer Experience
Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Work closely with the product team to optimize workflows and event automation.
Support Marketing & Communication Activities

You are an exceptionally analytical detail-oriented and people-focused young professional. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple priorities without losing clarity precision or quality.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: You deliver flawless work
- Strong Communicator: You can write polished professional emails and can speak confidently with clients vendors and partners.
- Human & Empathetic: You build trust quickly understand client needs and know how to communicate with warmth and clarity.
- Structured & Reliable: You follow processes create order in complex situations and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Digital-Savvy: Comfortable with Excel/Sheets CRM tools and digital workspaces.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
