Job Summary

Job Title: Data Science & AI Manager Healthcare
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Role Summary
Driving AI enablement across Healthcare Digital with a focus on agentic AI operational intelligence and closed-loop automation. This role leads the design deployment and governance of multi-agent systems MCP-based orchestration and data science solutions that modernize meal ordering food production and EVS operations.

Key Responsibilities
Own strategy architecture and delivery of agentic AI systems and MCP-driven orchestration layers.
Build structured secure tool-calling environments for AI agents across meal ordering food production and EVS workflows.
Develop multi-agent frameworks (planning QA retrieval operational copilots) to automate high-velocity healthcare processes.
Embed agentic capabilities into digital products: nutrition checks prep planning forecasting EVS task routing associate/manager copilots.
Deliver predictive models (demand forecasting EVS task prediction labor optimization anomaly detection) integrated into agent loops.
Drive operational insights dashboards and automation handoffs for field teams.
Lead and mentor DS/ML/AI teams; partner with Culinary EVS Nutrition Ops and Digital/IT stakeholders for roadmap execution.
Enforce governance HIPAA compliance auditability and Responsible AI controls across all agent and model deployments.

Required Qualifications
6 years in Data Science / Applied ML / AI Engineering with 2 years leading teams.
Proven expertise in building agentic AI systems: multi-agent workflows tool-using agents planning/monitoring agents.
Experience with MCP servers or equivalent orchestration frameworks (LangChain AutoGen OpenAI tool-calling).
Strong hands-on Python SQL ML frameworks (PyTorch TensorFlow scikit-learn).
Cloud experience in Azure Databricks AWS or GCP.
Strong understanding of LLMs RAG structured tool protocols and knowledge-graph-driven interfaces.
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical groups.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare foodservice hospitality or operational environments.
Exposure to IoT/real-time data workforce management or task-execution systems.
Background in optimization reinforcement learning or continuous-planning agent architectures.
