Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Support Specialist with over 11 years of experience providing expert-level administrative support and leadership. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations supporting leadership teams and enhancing overall organizational efficiency through proactive coordination effective communication and advanced technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level administrative support and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Independently manage calendars schedules and appointments for multiple team members prioritizing critical tasks.

  • Lead the coordination and organization of high-profile meetings conferences and events including all logistics agendas and follow-up actions.

  • Prepare edit and review complex documents reports presentations and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.

  • Conduct research and data analysis compiling comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Oversee budget management expense tracking and financial reporting ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing exceptional communication and interpersonal support.

  • Collaborate across departments to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 12 years of progressive administrative experience.

    • Experience supporting executive or senior management in a corporate or utility environment strongly preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and related business software.

    • Soft Skills:

      • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

      • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

      • Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
