ERP Technical Lead Engineer

We are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Lead Engineer who can guide end-to-end technical design customization integration and support for enterprise ERP platforms. This role requires strong leadership hands-on solution development and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality scalable ERP solutions.

• Lead the technical design architecture decisions and development strategy for ERP implementations and enhancements.
• Define coding standards development methodologies and quality guidelines.
• Translate business requirements into reliable maintainable technical solutions.

• Build customize and optimize ERP modules using appropriate development tools and frameworks.
• Create and modify workflows scripts integrations and interfaces.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to performance and security standards.

• Manage integration of ERP systems with third-party applications and internal enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot data flow API issues middleware integrations and interface failures.
• Oversee system upgrades patches and migration activities.

• Mentor and guide technical developers and junior engineers.
• Work closely with functional consultants business analysts and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
• Provide Tier-3 technical support resolving complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Participate in requirement gathering solution design sprint planning and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality scalability and compliance requirements.
• Support testing processes including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing.

• Strong proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Infor or similar enterprise systems.
• Expertise in ERP customization development frameworks scripting languages and backend configuration.
• Deep knowledge of API integrations REST/SOAP services middleware and data transformation.

• 12 years of hands-on technical ERP engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead guiding development teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture database structures and security configurations.
• Proficiency in SQL development performance tuning and database optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines version control and development best practices.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions (AWS Azure ERP integrations).
• Experience with enterprise mobility analytics or reporting tools connected to ERP systems.
• Prior experience working in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments.
