Digital Technology Lead Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Technology Lead Engineer to guide the design development and implementation of digital technology solutions across enterprise systems. This role requires a leader who can translate business needs into scalable technical strategies while ensuring system reliability modern architecture practices and seamless digital experiences.

• Lead the design and development of digital technology solutions across web cloud mobile and integration platforms.

• Define technical architecture system design development standards and best practices.

• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and actively participate in hands-on development when needed.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve performance scalability and user experience.

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects including requirement analysis technical design implementation testing and deployment.

• Collaborate with product managers business analysts and stakeholders to translate business priorities into technical strategies.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams in resolving production problems efficiently.

• Ensure digital solutions adhere to security compliance and operational guidelines.

• Manage code reviews quality checks and optimization of engineering workflows.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives automation efforts and system modernization strategies.

• 12 years of experience in digital technology engineering software development or solution architecture.

• Strong background in modern technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) microservices API development CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).

• Proven expertise in at least one major programming language (such as Java Python C# JavaScript/TypeScript).

• Hands-on experience with web and mobile application development digital platforms or enterprise integration frameworks.

• Deep understanding of digital architecture patterns system design principles and scalable solution development.

• Strong knowledge of security practices data privacy standards and secure application design.

• Excellent leadership skills with prior experience mentoring or guiding technical teams.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams communicate technical concepts clearly and make sound architectural decisions.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading engineering efforts in fast-paced project cycles.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
