Job Description We are looking for an experienced System Integration Lead Engineer to guide the design implementation and support of large-scale system integration this role you will oversee end-to-end integration efforts across applications platforms and infrastructure systems ensuring they work together efficiently and reliably.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams lead integration strategy discussions resolve complex interoperability challenges and maintain high standards for performance security and scalability. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong technical background in integration architecture hands-on experience with integration tools and protocols and the ability to lead technical teams through complex project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead the planning design and implementation of integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.

Define integration architecture standards patterns and best practices.

Oversee development of system interfaces APIs middleware components and data exchange workflows.

Collaborate with application teams infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into integration frameworks.

Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues ensuring minimal impact to operations.

Coordinate integration testing validation and production rollout activities.

Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams integration specifications and operational procedures.

Provide technical leadership to integration engineers and support teams during project execution.

Ensure integrations follow security compliance and performance standards.

Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications -
12 years of experience in system integration enterprise architecture or related engineering roles.

Strong knowledge of integration principles service-oriented architecture API-based integrations and message-based communication.

Hands-on experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft Dell Boomi Apache Camel Informatica or similar platforms.

Proficiency with REST SOAP XML JSON messaging queues and enterprise service bus solutions.

Experience with cloud-based integration models involving AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

Strong understanding of network protocols security standards and identity management systems.

Ability to design and implement complex integration solutions that scale.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot across systems and platforms.

Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
