We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager Modern Trade to join our growing team in Ludhiana Punjab. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of modern trade channels and a proven track record of success in key account management and onboarding new clients. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence within the modern trade sector.
- Manage key accounts ensuring strong relationships and consistent sales growth.
- Onboard new clients effectively and efficiently.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales market trends and key account performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in modern trade management and Onboarding of accounts.
- Proven track record of success in key account management.
- Strong understanding of modern trade channels and dynamics.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
