Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Defines and maintains the standards of nursing practice within the facility
Ensuring continued adherence to all federal state and local regulations
Management and oversight of all nursing staff
Providing planning organization education supervision and evaluation of all services provided in the facility
Verifying that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties
Ensuring that operation of the Nursing Department remains consistently within budget
Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations Medicare and Medicaid
