Job Summary
Hire Resolves Client is looking for an Electrical Foreman: Surface role open at a Mine in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Promotes a Zero Harm culture through active participation in safety initiatives and implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborates with maintenance teams to deliver efficient planned and preventative maintenance programmes.
- Ensures equipment maintenance meets site and OEM standards while managing failures inspections and repair quality.
- Drives continuous improvement and manages the section budget to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Supervisory Certificate (Foreman Certificate)
- Electrician Trade Certificate and Medium Voltage Certificate
- 5 years Supervisory experience in a Metallurgical Plant
