What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)
Youll drive the strategic and operational performance of asset management across the organisation. From shaping lifecycle strategies and aligning them with business goals to leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing engineering standards youll ensure assets are optimally acquired maintained and retired.
Youll be the go-to leader for asset data accuracy compliance risk-based planning and performance reporting while actively promoting continuous improvement through analytics root cause assessments and system optimisation.

What youll need
A degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or Project Management is essential with further qualifications in Asset Management being advantageous. You bring over 5 years of leadership experience in asset management or operations in solar PV energy strong engineering knowledge and a proven ability to lead technical teams. Proficiency with asset management systems lifecycle planning and stakeholder collaboration is key along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
