This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) with strong technical expertise to take full ownership of the finance function in a growing fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Full financial management of multiple property portfolios.
- Prepare and review monthly management reports and annual financial statements.
- Oversee cash flow management forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Manage budgets conduct variance analysis and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS tax laws and all regulatory requirements.
- Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
- Lead mentor and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualification and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) designation is essential.
- BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance.
- Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles.
- 35 years post-articles experience ideally within property real estate or related sectors.
- Strong technical accounting ability and solid IFRS knowledge.
- Proven experience in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and compliance.
- Excellent analytical ability communication skills and leadership capability.
