As a Key Account Senior Executive for the D2C - E-commerce business you will drive brand growth and online sales managing strategy execution and performance optimization. This role involves close client collaboration budget management and analytics to ensure impactful goal-aligned campaign results.
What You Will Do
- Work directly with the Business Development team and clients taking briefs developing a proposal and presenting to clients.
- Responsible for building JBP monthly sales plan by level assortment pricing and promotion plan. Ensure the achievement of sales goals & P&L on the e-commerce platform for the brand team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution as well as impact future business opportunities.
- Create and manage E-commerce-related project scope (sales strategy store performance and operations...) and timelines implementing any necessary processes and procedures.
- Main PIC for onboarding brands on the e-commerce platform including store opening product and material listing and campaign registration.
- Preparing weekly performance figures for management and actively participating in weekly and monthly business reviews including profit and loss analysis.
- Work with other internal departments such as the commercial/creative department/media production to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Make reports to reflect project progress including risks benefits and KPIs achievement to the Head of Department and clients.
- Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
Who You Are
- A recognized university degree
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the key account at e-commerce companies
- Experience in the E-commerce field
- Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Excellent communication skills
