Our marketing infrastructure is powered by GoHighLevel and we are seeking a deeply experienced technologist to architect manage and scale this mission-critical platform.
Position Summary
The Senior GoHighLevel Administrator & Marketing Technologist is responsible for owning the full lifecycle of GoHighLevel systems across Epic Health and all emerging brands. This position will design and manage platform architecture build end-to-end automated funnels lead integrations with clinical and non-clinical systems and enable teams across Marketing Sales and Patient Experience.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role requiring a minimum 5 years of professional GoHighLevel administration experience. You will directly influence organizational growth by ensuring our funnels workflows and automations drive measurable acquisition conversion and retention outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Architecture
- Design and manage a multi-brand GoHighLevel structure that supports Epic Health and multiple startup brands.
- Maintain white-labeled subaccounts permissions system configurations and platform governance.
Funnel Workflow & Campaign Development
- Build and optimize advanced funnels including sites forms calendars pipelines and triggers.
- Create and deploy automated email/SMS campaigns and operational workflows supporting sales patient acquisition and retention.
System Integration & Technical Ownership
- Serve as the technical lead for all GoHighLevel integrations (EHR/EMR payment gateways APIs scheduling tools automations).
- Manage integrations through Zapier and native API connections.
Training Documentation & Team Enablement
- Serve as the organizations GoHighLevel expert and trainer.
- Create documentation SOPs and internal training sessions for marketing sales and operational teams.
Analytics Optimization & Performance Monitoring
- Track funnel performance automation health CRM compliance and platform data integrity.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide data-driven recommendations to improve KPIs.
Compliance Security & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all workflows messaging and data handling comply with privacy and security requirements including HIPAA considerations where applicable.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (non-negotiable).
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Subaccounts white-labeling and multi-brand GHL management
- Funnel building (sites forms calendars)
- Automation workflows & CRM pipelines
- Reporting and operational dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals (e.g. patient acquisition targets) into technical platform solutions.
- Integration experience using Zapier and APIs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to produce documentation SOPs and training materials.
Preferred / Bonus
- Experience in healthcare wellness or service-based industries.
- Understanding of HIPAA-compliant messaging systems and standards.
- Basic front-end development skills (HTML/CSS) for customizing funnel templates.
- Experience working in multi-brand or startup environments.
