Job Description Under the supervision of the Recycling and Solid Waste Coordinator the Solid Waste Technician performs responsible work in the daily collection handling and disposal of solid waste materials generated across campus buildings. The position also provides support to recycling operations as directed to maintain continuity of waste and recycling services. Work is performed primarily on foot inside university buildings and outdoors using small utility vehicles or golf carts. The technician supports Radford Universitys commitment to cleanliness safety and sustainability through responsible solid waste management practices. |
