Job Description
CNC Turner / CNC Programmer / CNC Setter Operator required for a precision engineering manufacturer based in Bournemouth.
This role involves programming setting and operating CNC lathes (CMZ & Goodway) using Fanuc controls within an ISO 9001:2015 environment. Youll be responsible for producing high-quality components problem-solving on the shop floor supporting production and assisting with quoting new work.
The ideal candidate will have programming experience and have experience using Fanuc whilst also being within a commutable distance to Bournemouth

- 39-hour week over 4 days

CNC Turner / CNC Programmer / CNC Setter Operator Role
- Program set and operate CNC lathes (Fanuc)
- Run multiple machines and optimise production
- Support management with quoting and estimating
- Inspect and measure components with QA support
- Work flexibly during busy periods
- Assist on milling machines when required
CNC Turner / CNC Programmer / CNC Setter Operator Requirements
- Proven CNC Turner with programming & setting experience
- Fanuc control experience essential
- CMZ/Goodway experience desirable
- Strong problem-solving and quality focus
- Flexible team player
- Commutable to the Bournemoutharea
