CNC Miller

Salary: 20.55 per hour
Location: Based 10 mins drive from Brackley
Hours: 39 hours per week MondayThursday day shift

Were supporting a well-established engineering manufacturer known for producing high-accuracy tools and components. Due to continued demand theyre looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their day shift team.

Youll be working on complex high-tolerance components contributing to a team that prides itself on engineering excellence.

CNC Miller Duties

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components

• Manufacturing small and medium batch runs efficiently and accurately

• Reading & interpreting engineering drawings (including GD&T)

• Inspecting components using a range of measuring equipment

• Performing daily weekly and monthly maintenance checks

CNC Miller Profile

• Strong CNC programming knowledge with the ability to confidently read and edit programmes

• Experience with multi-pallet CNC Milling machines

• Ability to read & understand complex technical drawings

• A detail-driven mindset and commitment to high-quality work

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Previous experience in a precision engineering environment
