The role involves managing phone calls scheduling appointments maintaining records and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The Receptionist also supports administrative tasks and assists in communication between departments.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome clients patients and visitors professionally.
- Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Support administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Ensure the reception area is organized clean and presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries
Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Female
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or customer service
- English language skills: Intermediate to Excellent
