About the role Mō te tūranga mahi
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join our People and Culture group. Reporting into the Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead the Reporting Analyst will be responsible for responding to requests for people information providing accurate timely and fit for purpose data.
This will include assisting with reporting working with key stakeholders to understand their data requirements and producing meaningful insights. You will also contribute to the ongoing development and enhancements of core data sets.
This role will suit someone who has experience with analysing multiple datasets and presenting findings in a digestible form this could be through work or university studies.
- Experience interrogating systems to find the correct information
- Have the ability to discover what data is available and relevant
- Experience working to tight timeframes
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving skills
- Customer focused with the tenacity to get the job done.

The base salary range for this role is $90039 - $120052 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
